Ciotti of Hinckley Allen named to Associated General Contractors Contract Documents Forum

Boston, MA According to Hinckley Allen, Ronald Ciotti has begun a six-year role on the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) Contract Documents Forum. Ciotti will serve as vice-chair of the AGC Contract Documents Forum for a three-year term, followed by a three-year term as the Forum’s chair. One of the nation’s leading construction contract attorneys, Ciotti will continue to practice as a partner in Hinckley Allen’s Boston and Concord, NH offices.  

Ciotti currently serves as the 2017 president of the AGC of N.H. and is the first attorney to hold that position. At Hinckley Allen, Ciotti has experience litigating and advocating on behalf of contractors and owners on all aspects of construction related issues. 

Additionally, he has been lead counsel responsible for drafting the agreements for hundreds of commercial construction projects totaling billions of dollars, and has drafted and negotiated contract documents for all types of project delivery, including some of the largest and most unique integrated project delivery and highly collaborative projects in the country. He is also a nationally recognized speaker and has presented on a myriad of construction-related topics for over 50 different national organizations.
