Both awards are for the Northeast region. Every year, the Greenwich Excellence Awards are bestowed on the commercial banks with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The recognition is based on nearly 13,000 interviews Greenwich Associates conducted with U.S. companies with annual sales of $10 million to $500 million.
