Clairmont Realty appoints O’Brien Commercial Properties to handle 7,200 s/f
Framingham, MA Clairmont Realty LLC has appointed O’Brien Commercial Properties to handle the leasing of 655 Cochituate Rd. The 7,200 s/f retail warehouse style building is located off the Mass Pike at the junction of Speen St. and Rte. 30. This building may be leased “as is” or the site redeveloped and ground leased.
Uses include but are not limited to banking, restaurant, health club, gas station, convenience store, liquor store, or coffee shop.
