Clark of Geenty Group arranges 1,600 s/f lease
Milford, CT The Geenty Group has completed the lease of a 1,600 s/f unit at 233 Research Dr. The tenant is Aim Controllers, LLC. Adam Cudakiewicz is the owner. He will utilize the space for customizing Play Station and XBox controllers for video games. The landlord is D’Amato Investments, LLC. Bill Clark of The Geenty Group was the sole agent in this deal.
