Clark of Geenty Group brokers 800 s/f lease
Milford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased an 800 s/f unit at 124 Pepes Farm Rd.
The tenant is Huelsman Homes, LLC. Cody Huelsman and John Tornifoglia are the co-owners. They will be using the space to operate their residential real estate business.
The landlord is D’Amato Investments, LLC.
Bill Clark of The Geenty Group was the sole agent in this transaction.
