Clark of the Geenty Group and O'Hare of CB Richard Ellis broker 5,400 s/f lease to Superior Forklift, Inc.
According to Kristin Geenty SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, a 5,400 s/f industrial unit has been leased at 65 South Turnpike Rd., a multi-tenant facility.
Bill Clark was the agent for the landlord, 65 South Turnpike Road, LLC. The tenant is Dominick Falcone, president of Superior Forklift, Inc., which services forklift trucks. The agent for the tenant was Matt O'Hare of CB Richard Ellis of New Haven.
