Sentry Commercial renews 75,000 s/f lease for J&J TriState Delivery
New Jersey-based J&J Tri-State Delivery Service, Inc. has renewed its lease at 550 Research Pwy. J&J was originally in 125,000 s/f but has reduced that space to its present 75,000 s/f unit.
Sentry Commercial represented the landlord, PFVI-550 Research Parkway, LLC in the lease renewal.
