Clark of The Geenty Group arranges 2,000 s/f lease for Connors Props.
Milford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of a 2,000 s/f unit in a multi-tenant facility at 45 Eastern Steel Rd. The tenant is Statewide Sheet Metal, LLC. The landlord is Connors Properties, LLC. Bill Clark of The Geenty Group was the sole agent in this transaction.
