North Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of a 1,000 s/f unit in a multi-tenanted facility at 2344 Foxon Rd. The tenant is Austin Mahon. He will use the unit for storage of his personal equipment. The property manager for a significant portion of this multi-tenanted complex is Bob Joy of Joy Real Estate. The landlord is Cooper Partners, LLC. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent for this transaction.
