Setra first occupied the two-story brick and ribbon-window building in 1993.

SynQor, Inc., a privately held company which manufactures DC-DC power converters, bus converters and other power solutions for a variety of industries, occupies 100% of 155 Swanson Rd. in Boxborough Corporate Center, a 26 acre, two building campus located at the intersection of I-495 and Rte. 111, one exit south of the I-495/Rte. 2 intersection.
