Fairlane Boxborough, LLC signs Setra to 101,000 s/f lease renewal

Boxborough, MA According to Michael Grill, president of Fairlane Properties, Inc., Setra Corp. renewed their lease for 101,000 s/f at 159 Swanson Rd., Boxborough Corporate Center. Setra is one of the leading USA manufacturers of premium high accuracy pressure transducers, room condition monitors, energy meters and low pressure calibrators. 159 Swanson Rd. serves as Setra’s world headquarters and contains light manufacturing, research & development and office space. Setra first occupied the two-story brick and ribbon-window building in 1993.

An affiliate of Fairlane Properties purchased the 203,000 s/f Boxborough Corporate Center in April 2012 for $18.3 million. SynQor, Inc., a privately held company which manufactures DC-DC power converters, bus converters and other power solutions for a variety of industries, occupies 100% of 155 Swanson Rd. in Boxborough Corporate Center, a 26 acre, two building campus located at the intersection of I-495 and Rte. 111, one exit south of the I-495/Rte. 2 intersection.

James Lipscomb, Paul Leone and Kirk Weller of Transwestern RBJ represented the landlord, Fairlane Boxborough, LLC.
