Clark of The Geenty Group brokers 800 s/f lease to ES Constructing
Milford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, finalized the lease of an 800 s/f unit in a multi-tenant facility at 181 Research Dr. Bill Clark of The Geenty Group was the sole agent.
The tenant is ES Constructing Group, LLC. Luke and Adam Cormier are the owners. They will use the space for general office use and storage of supplies for their construction business.
The landlord is D’Amato Investments, LLC.
