Clark of The Geenty Group completes $325,000 sale

The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the sale of 884 Boston Post Rd. This is a block building of 4,040 s/f, with 2,020 s/f on the first floor and 2,020 s/f of usable lower level space, sited on .14 acres. The sale price was $325,000. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the agent for the seller, Yury and Veronica Furda. John Bergin of H. Pearce Commercial/George J. Smith in Milford was the agent for the Buyer, Ross Real Estate, LLC. Richard Ross is the owner. He intends to house one of his business entities in the facility. Leo Carroll of Milford was the attorney for the seller, and Theodore Shumaker, also of Milford, was the attorney for the buyer.
