Clark of The Geenty Group leases 1,536 s/f at 11 Sycamore Way
Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased a 1,536 s/f unit in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way. The tenant is Yong Duk Kim. He will be using the space for a special pepper grinding business.
The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord. Young Lee of Real Living Wareck D’Ostillo Real Estate in Milford was the agent for the tenant.
