Cozzi of Regions Commercial closes 68 units for $4 million

Hartford, CT Lisa Cozzi, managing director of multifamily sales at Regions Commercial Real Estate Advisors, was the sole broker in the $4 million sale of the Huntington portfolio consisting of 68 units, which went under contract at full price within 1 week of entering into the listing.
The units are located in five rectangular, brick buildings that are adjacent to each other. There is also a large, fenced lot that is part of the sale.
