Clark of The Geenty Group represents Gray Eagle Corp. in 768 s/f lease
The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of a 768 s/f office unit in a multi tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way to Frank Hall of F. E. Hall & Company, Inc. The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord. Cynthia Nargi of Prudential CT Realty in Madison was the agent for the tenant.
