The property formerly Sallie's Fish market, is a 3,656 s/f mixed used/retail building on Tremont St. The property has been vacant for over ten years and through displaying an extremely effective sales approach, the sale was concluded in less than 3 months.
The local community anticipates the improvements on the building will harmonize with the local architecture. The renovations consist of high-end residential condominiums to be performed by Haycon Inc. (the architect and the developer).
