Coastal Commercial and Nery Corp. sell 16,300 s/f
New Bedford, MA The Nery Corp. sold 314 Church St. The 16,300 s/f retail/industrial building on a .455 acre parcel with two additional lots included, .255 acre and .225 acre, will be a new location for Assured Collision, Inc.
The seller of 314 Church St. was, Rexel Patriot Acquisition LLC and the buyer was William Needle, Sr. The seller and buyer were represented by Michael Volpe from Coastal Commercial Real Estate.
