O’Brien Commercial leases 19,536 s/f at Marlborough Technology Center

Marlborough, MA Eric O’Brien, president of O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. has negotiated new leases and lease renewals at the Marlborough Technology Center totaling 19,536 s/f. 257 Simarano Dr. is a three-building technology incubator located at Exit 23C.

New tenants include Carl Zeiss Industrial Metrology and Dani Instruments. Lease extensions and renewals were completed with MetLife, Bloomy Controls and Mass American Energy.

And in Chelmsford, Paul Mulroy, senior vice president of O’Brien Comm’l. represented the seller, GRE Realty, in the sale of 7 Progress Ave.  Mulroy was brought on to exclusively sell both 7 and 9 Progress Ave. after he represented South Shore Gunite Pools and Spas on the purchase of a 60,000 s/f building in Billerica to consolidate their business to one building.  Mulroy sold 9 Progress Ave. prior to this sale. The buyer was NSD Real Estate LLC.
