Coastal Commercial Real Estate brokers sale of 49-lot Brookside Mobile Park

Acushnet, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of Brookside Mobile Park located at 1094 Main St. Terms were undisclosed.

The 55+ community mobile park is in a rural area of town, near Keith’s Farm Stand and Leo’s Machine Shop. The park holds 49 lots, which are fully occupied, along with three additional income-producing buildings.

The additional structures include a four-unit residence, auction house, and barn which are all currently rented. This property offered the possibility of expansion.

The property was purchased by Brookside Realty Trust.
