Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiates $5.8 million sale of 1 Industrial Dr., Danvers MA
Danvers, MA Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Chris Decembrele of JLL negotiated the sale of 1 Industrial Dr., a 46,547 s/f multi-tenanted flex building on Rt. 1 for $5.8 million.
Everest represented the seller, One Industrial Drive, LLC, in the transaction. Decembrele represented the buyer Rhino Capital.
