Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. has been selected to renovate the offices of orthodontist Dr. Anne Todd. The primary focus of this 10- week, 1,600 s/f, back office renovation is to create new spaces for both the sterilization center and the laboratory.
A separate area will be reconfigured to create a new space for the panoramic X-ray machine, an office for Dr. Todd, and a private patient consultation room. The staff lounge and kitchen are also being renovated, along with the staff bathroom, which will be made ADA compliant. As part of these renovations, all three HVAC systems for the building are being replaced with updated and more efficient equipment.
"We are looking forward to creating a new space for Dr. Todd that is functional, comfortable and beautiful," said Jerry Kingwill, president of Cobb Hill Construction.
