Cobb Hill Construction has completed the $4 million multi-phase resort and spa project at Loon Mountain Ski Resort.
The 234-unit resort and spa project at The Mountain Club On Loon, included upgrades to the finishes, corridors, and some common areas. The three phase 11 week project was completed between the end of the ski season and the beginning of the summer season.
