Cohen joins BRA as president and managing director

Boston Realty Advisors hired Rob Cohen as president and managing director of its residential brokerage division. Cohen joins the team as the number one broker for volume of condo unit sales in Back Bay, South End and Beacon Hill neighborhoods as reported by MLS for 2007. Prior to joining BRA, Cohen headed Century 21 Cityside International's Fine Homes & Estates Division in the Back Bay for six years as the executive VP and associate broker. Cohen is now responsible for BRA's residential brokerage division's sales, marketing and operations and condo sales teams. Cohen will also augment BRA's property website resource. "BRA is seeing a lot of activity throughout Greater Boston, specifically in the Back Bay, South End and Beacon Hill markets," said Jason Weissman, founder and president of BRA. "BRA has set a high bar in terms of residential sales and service and I'm excited to be part of a team that will continue to push that bar higher," said Cohen.
