Cohen of Glickman, Kovago & Co. reps. seller in $337,500 sale

Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 184 Worcester Providence Turnpike Rd. for $337,500. David Cohen, vice president, represented the seller, Robert and Gail Towne, in the sale of the building set on an acre of land, to H.C.G. Services. Kim McCrohon, of Coldwell Banker, represented the buyer. H.C.G. Services will be opening its newest location on Rte.146. H.C.G. Services is a total benefits insurance agency encompassing employee benefits, business and retirement solutions and property casualty.
