Kent, Fahey and Vacca of FHO Partners completes 16,693 s/f lease for owner CommonWealth REIT

FHO Partners completed a 16,693 s/f lease agreement with Work N Gear, LLC, a leading manufacturer of work wear apparel and footwear for the service, industrial and healthcare industries. The lease agreement will result in the relocation of Work 'N Gear's corporate headquarters in Weymouth's Libbey Industrial Park to its new location at 2300 Crown Colony Dr., with room for future growth and expansion. "Work 'N Gear's decision to relocate to Quincy is a testament to the unparalleled quality and value of 2300 Crown Colony Drive," said Gerry Ianetta, the agent for CommonWealth REIT, the property owner. The Conrad Group represented Work 'N Gear, LLC, in the transaction, and partner Tom Kent, executive vice president Rick Fahey and associate Jonathan Vacca of FHO Partners represented CommonWealth REIT.
