Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage expands

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., has acquired the assets of the three Richter Real Estate, Inc. offices that do business as Century 21 HomeServices Richter Real Estate in Fairfield, Stratford, and Trumbull. The offices will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which is part of NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company.
The three offices, which have been known locally as Century 21 Richter, will merge into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices located at 41 Unquowa Place in Fairfield and 2 Corporate Dr. in Trumbull. The firm's former owners Paul Richter and Robert Richter and their 78 sales associates will join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
