Joseph Palmieri has purchased a 3,200 s/f one-story industrial building and its adjoining 16-car parking lot at 25 and 27 Burr Court in the Black Rock section. The seller was The Community's Bank. The "as is/no contingencies" all cash sale price was $190,000.
Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Real Estate represented the seller. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC represented the buyer.
