Fischer sells 3,200 s/f industrial building for $190,000 in Bridgeport

Joseph Palmieri has purchased a 3,200 s/f one-story industrial building and its adjoining 16-car parking lot at 25 and 27 Burr Court in the Black Rock section. The seller was The Community's Bank. The "as is/no contingencies" all cash sale price was $190,000. Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Real Estate represented the seller. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC represented the buyer. "Within days of being officially placed on the market, I received several high-quality offers for this property, some all cash and all being at or near full price" said Fischer, adding "once again this sale just goes to prove that there is a pent-up demand for well-priced, strategically located, environmentally clean small-to-midsized buildings."
