Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Manchester office recognized by NHHFA

The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Manchester office was recently recognized by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA) as the No. 1 participating real estate office in 2011 for helping the most homebuyers purchase a property through the agency's Single Family Mortgage Program. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage assisted 51 homebuyers through the NHHFA's Single Family Mortgage Program in 2011. The Single Family Mortgage Program provides affordable mortgage financing with low fixed interest rates, low down payment requirements and cash assistance grants to help borrowers with down payment and closing costs. Borrowers must qualify for the program by meeting certain income and purchase price limits.
