Cole of Arnold Peck's Commercial World sells land and buildings for $2.45 million

Robert Cole of Arnold Peck's Commercial World has just completed the sale of 8.3 acres and three buildings totaling 70,000 s/f. Universal Hotel Liquidators will operate a retail showcase and warehouse in the former Dad's Xtreme Indoor Sports Building. Bart Realty, a real estate company, the parent company of Universal Liquidators purchased the property for $2.45 million and plans to use the main 60,000 s/f building and rent the two other pad sites. The property was formerly owned by Hide Realty Associates LLC of West Hartford. Robert Cole of Arnold Peck Commercial World was the listing Broker and Michael Ritchetelli of Colonial Properties was the procuring broker.
