Talbot and Cagenello of Prudential Connecticut Realty's Commercial Group broker sale of Brickwalk Lane
Brickwalk Shops LLC has purchased 2 High St. and 767-771 Farmington Ave., also know as Brickwalk Lane from Brick Walk LLC. This 11 building mixed-use retail, office and residential development on Rte. 4 and High St. is 90% leased and anchored by Webster Bank, Truffles and Dr. Mancini.
Gayle Erickson Talbot and Bruce Cagenello, CCIM of Prudential Connecticut Realty's Commercial Group in Avon were the brokers in the transaction.
