Colebrook Realty Services, Inc. has assisted in handling the sale of a 61,000 s/f building that will bring a new plumbing showroom and distribution facility to Springfield.
Split Finger, LLC, a real estate holding company owned by David Teece of Northampton, has purchased 372 Pasco Rd. from G & G Holdings, LLC for $1.575 million. The buyer, represented by Colebrook Realty, purchased the building to house a seventh location for Premier Supply Group. John Reed of CB Richard Ellis in Hartford represented the seller.
"Acquisition of this property will allow us to better serve the Springfield market," said Teece.
The Pasco Rd. building will house a 5,000 s/f Degrees of Comfort showroom similar to the group's West Hatfield showroom by that name. A freestanding garage will be renovated to house Hampden County Plumbing Supply, a new supply company offering a service counter for local professionals.
"This site will also support a 30,000 s/f expansion," said Teece.
"This purchase is a wonderful development for Springfield," said Colebrook Realty vice president Mitch Bolotin. "This purchase makes Springfield a key location for serving the entire group."
