Barrington, NH Colliers has sold 528 & 532 Calef Hwy. for $1.15 million. The sale consists of 4.29 acres with three buildings totaling 5,514 s/f, known as Knight’s Garage and The Barrington Depot.

Andrew Ward, of Colliers’ Portsmouth office, represented the seller, TRS Knight Family Rev Trust, and Deane Navaroli, of William & Reeves Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer, Desaulniers Commons, LLC, in the sale.

“Knight’s Garage has been in business since 1907 and located in Barrington since 1963. While we will miss our daily contact with the community through our business, we are pleased a new business will address the auto service needs of Barrington,” said Kari Elliot, manager, Knight’s Garage.

The Barrington Depot is anchored by Aroma Joe’s. The auto garage occupied by Knight’s Garage for the past 60 years will continue to operate as an auto service shop, MD Motors. The property is highly visible and near a lighted intersection, which makes it ideal for an auto service business.
