Colliers International completes 125,000 s/f lease for Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation
North Stonington, CT John Cafasso, CCIM, of Colliers International secured a long term lease for Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation (MPTN) located at Eagle Park, 25 Norwich Westerly Rd. The building contains a gross building area of 53,376 s/f of office space located on the second and third floors and a gross building area of 72,439 s/f of high bay warehouse space situated on 35 acres. Electric Boat Corp. will occupy the entire building based on their expansion requirements.
David Rozen, CFO of MPTN said, “This agreement makes sense from a business perspective, while also supporting our neighbor Electric Boat and maintaining our commitment to the local economy.”
CBRE/New England represented the tenant.
