Bondi Commercial Real Estate handles $950,000 sale

Waterford, CT Ken Bondi, owner of Bondi Commercial Real Estate, has sold the former Wendy’s location at 819 Hartford Tpke. The selling price was $950,000.

The sellers were Thomas McElaney and James McElaney and the buyer was CGCT Waterford, LLC. Bondi represented the buyer and sellers.

The buyer will lease the property to a national tenant. 

Kaplan and Brennan of Plainfield, was the settlement agent for the buyer. 

Attorney Theodore Phillips of Norwich, was the attorney for the sellers.
