Colliers Dow & Condon brokers $1.5m sale
EDM Distributors purchased the 45,834 s/f industrial building located at 1251 East St. South from Suffield Associates for $1.5 million. Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE and Keith Kumnick, SIOR of Colliers Dow & Condon were the sole brokers in the transaction.
