John D. Hastings, Inc. brokers four transactions

John D. Hastings, Inc., commercial real estate of Westport, recently brokered the following transactions totaling more than 13,000 s/f. David Fugitt, SIOR, senior vice president of Hastings, leased 6,000 s/f at 18 Lois St., Norwalk for five years to Western Solutions. Fugitt represented the landlord and Bruce Sheldon of Pyramid Real Estate represented the tenant. Fugitt also leased 1,200 s/f at 830 Post Rd. East to Triton Financial. He represented the landlord and Torey Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Arlene Donahue sold Eric & Michael's Restaurant in Wilton Center to Marley's. She represented the buyers, Brian La Blanc and Michael LeBean and Syd Gordon of Colonial Realty represented the sellers. Christopher Maglione leased 2,900 s/f at 148 Danbury Rd. in Wilton to LQM Petroleum Service, Inc. He represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.
