Colliers International arranges 14,811 s/f lease
Colliers International has arranged a 14,811 s/f lease on behalf of marketing firm TouchPoint Integrated Communications at 16 Thorndal Circle. The new five-year lease absorbs one and a half floors of the building. Tim Rorick, senior managing director of Colliers International, represented the tenant in the transaction.
16 Thorndal Circle is owned by the Nielsen Company. Jerry Nielsen of the Nielsen Company represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
