Colliers International has completed the sale of 355 and 367 Research Parkway. An undisclosed investor purchased the properties on May 17, for $6.32 million.

Both buildings are 100% occupied with long-term tenants. 355 Research Parkway is home for BL Companies, which provides integrated architecture, engineering, surveying and environmental services for retail, office, industrial and municipal clients. Tucker Mechanical fully occupies 367 Research Parkway and is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Tucker performs new construction, facility renovation and upgrades, energy enhancement as well as service maintenance and facility operation for commercial, institutional and industrial clients throughout the region.
John Cafasso, CCIM and Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE of Colliers International were enlisted by the seller, Sleeping Giant Research Parkway, LLC, to market the property and they were the sole brokers involved in the sale. The buyer was SYILLC.
