Colliers International completes two lease transactions totaling 348,985 s/f
Permasteelisa Group has renewed its lease at 123 Day Hill Rd. The 330,000 s/f corporate headquarters and production facility is owned by Windsor Business Park LLC.
The Permastellisa Group is a world leader in the design, production and installation of architectural envelopes.
Nicholas Morizio, CRE, SIOR and Keith Kumnick, SIOR of Colliers International were the sole brokers in the transaction.
In another transaction, Shinsho America Corporation has leased 18,985 s/f from WE 28 Spring Lane at 28 Spring Lane in Farmington. The tenant was represented by Kumnick of Colliers International and the landlord was represented by Tim D'Addabbo of Cushman & Wakefield.
