R. Calabrese Agency leases 1,741 s/f at Liberty Centre
The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC of Waterbury recently leased 1,742 s/f at the newly constructed Liberty Centre. Maccio Financial Group, a financial planning company, recently opened its new business at 31 Liberty St.
Strategically located in the downtown business and entertainment district, with easy access to and from I-84, Liberty Centre is owned and managed by Denorfia Building and Development, a long time, well respected real estate company also residing in Southington.
Liberty Centre is a highly efficient 17,000 s/f three story office building.
Other tenants already residing in Liberty Centre include Ames & Whitaker Architects, McNichols Family Chiropractic, Steven J. Powers-CPA, and Southington Dental Associates.
