Colliers International handles 20,769 s/f in leases at Norwood Park South

Norwood, MA The southwest team of Colliers International, Boston, has represented landlord, an affiliate of Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC in a string of leasing transactions at Norwood Park South. The leases represented a total of 20,769 s/f of office space for five tenants, including Lead Surge, LLC, Shorepoint Capital Partners, LLC, Valuation Research Corporation, The Pointe Group, Inc. and Nautilus Capital, LLC.

Stephen Woelfel, Kevin Brawley and PJ Foster of Colliers partnered with Brookwood to close the transactions.

Currently, an additional 51,363 s/f of space is available for lease throughout the park, which can accommodate requirements as small as 1,200 s/f to as large as 30,000 s/f.

“There continues to be strong leasing activity in Class A buildings with good access to area amenities and major highways, which is exactly what Norwood Park South offers,” said Woelfel. “Brookwood was very proactive in working with the tenants to meet their unique needs and we look forward to continuing the momentum bringing quality tenants to the park.”

Working with its brokers, Craig Johnston and Dean Blackey of RW Holmes, and alongside of Brookwood and Colliers, Lead Surge took 8,960 s/f.

Shorepoint Capital Partners locked in 3,375 s/f working through its broker Nancy Wluka of Wluka Commercial Real Estate.

Valuation Research Corp. cinched 3,433 s/f of space through Joe Fabiano of JLL, while The Pointe Group, and Nautilus Capital each grabbed 3,482 and 1,520 s/f respectively. Adam Meixner and Jeremy Freid of BRA represented Pointe Group and Colliers represented Nautilus.

Norwood Park South is a three-building, 150,000 s/f office park in a suburban setting for companies looking to offer a work-stay-play community. The park is accessible to I-95, Rte. 128 and I-495, which allows employers to draw from a wide reaching talent pool from both Boston and Providence.
