Colliers International New Jersey arranges 7,037 s/f lease expansion/renewal

Philosophy IB, a long-term tenant at 25A Vreeland Rd., has expanded its office space in the building. Colliers International New Jersey arranged the extension and expansion on behalf of the tenant, which now occupies 7,037 s/f. "Philosophy IB is a growing business that was happy with their current location," said Bryn Cinque, an executive managing director, who along with Jim Bailey represented the tenant. "By working with the landlord, we were able to provide the additional space they required while still satisfying their operational needs." Philosophy IB is a business management improvement firm that specializes in process optimization, project advisory, coaching and social network analysis. Other tenants in the building include Ciao Bella Gelato, Penn Equities, Carlin and Ward, and SCO Group. The landlord, Bergman Realty, was represented in-house by John Osborne in the transaction.
