Colliers M&G brokers 7,008 s/f lease expansion for BioEnergy Int'l.

BioEnergy International has expanded its lease by 7,008 s/f at 42 West Cummings Park.BioEnergy now occupies 17,760 s/f at the property. The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of executive VP James Elcock, assistant VP David Goodhue and associate William Lynch represented BioEnergy International. The landlord, Cummings, was represented in-house by leasing/property manager Derek Russell. "Cummings Properties provided BioEnergy International with the ability to expand seamlessly into a contiguous space," said Goodhue. 42 West Cummings Park is a single-story, 142,000 s/f light manufacturing building. The property has access to Rtes. 128 and 93.
