Colliers M&G's Daniels, Lawrence and Tisbert arrange 77,177 s/f leases

Senior vice president Matthew Daniels, assistant vice president Christopher Lawrence and associate Brian Tisbert of Colliers Meredith & Grew have represented landlord, Transwestern Investment Co., in ten leases totaling 77,177 s/f at Brickstone Sq. This most recent round of lease signings reinforces Transwestern's commitment to a diverse range of companies at Brickstone Sq. Ophthalmic Research Associates signed a new lease for 28,770 s/f and was represented by Gregory Klemmer of Klemmer Associates, LLC. Genalytics, Inc., became a new tenant by executing a 9,704 s/f lease for its headquarters.  Mitchell Jacoby of CresaPartners represented Genalytics. Broadcom Corp. expanded its existing space by 9,683 s/f. Autotrader.com, Inc. renewed its 8,412 s/f lease and was represented by Jason Levendusky of CB Richard Ellis/New England Cairnstone, Inc. relocated to Brickstone Sq. by signing a new lease for 6,689 s/f.  The firms was represented by Richard Ruggiero of Cushman & Wakefield. Volcano Corp., formerly Novelis, executed a new lease for 5,049 s/f to relocate from Methuen. SaleStart signed a new lease for 3,817 s/f.   Mitsubishi International Corp. renewed its lease for 2,954 s/f and was represented by Sean Lynch of Jones Lang LaSalle. Global Business Dimensions Inc., renewed its lease for 2,099 s/f. "Transwestern speculatively renovated suites ranging in size to accommodate tenants with leases expiring in the short term, and much of this new activity has come in from these new ready-made suites," said Daniels.   "In addition to these transactions, we've seen considerable activity from other existing tenants at the park and from prospective tenants touring the market." "Given Transwestern's continued commitment to providing a true Class A environment along Route 495 and Brickstone's ability to provide tenants with flexibility and an outstanding amenity package, we feel we have a competitive advantage in the market," noted Lawrence. Brickstone Square is a signature suburban business center with three first-class office and R&D buildings, totaling approximately one million square feet, in an attractive campus setting.  Amenities include a 3,000+ space parking facility, a 564-seat cafeteria, a fitness center, a Bright Horizons Family Solutions day care, 24/7 security, volleyball courts and on-site property management.  Located near the Route 495 and 125 interchange in Andover, Massachusetts, Brickstone Square is easily accessible from Routes 114, 133 and 125.  Its buildings are within minutes of Andover's MBTA Commuter Rail Station and Andover Center.
