Colliers Meredith & Grew's Robert Cronin and Christopher Decembrele represented Sears in the transaction with landlord, Equity Industrial Partners Corp. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Also known as the Sear Building, 21 Pacella Park Dr. is a single-story industrial manufacturing facility with 5,250 s/f of mezzanine office area. The building is fully leased to Sears, Roebuck and Co.
