Hamden, CT Colonial Properties, Inc. has completed the following transactions: 

• Fred Messore, senior vice president, and Tom Doyle represented the seller, Oliverio Family Trust in the sale of 820-830 Dixwell Ave. and 10 Cherry Ann St. for $150,000.  The 20,264 s/f light industrial building on .8 acres was formerly the Dixwell Playhouse Theatre. A 1,558 s/f automotive garage on Cherry Ann St. was also part of the sale.  The seller’s attorney was Richard Marquette of Goldblatt, Marquette & Rashba, P.C., of Hamden.   

• Messore was the sole broker in representing the landlord, Simone Development of Orange, LLC, in negotiating a three-year lease with Lice Clinics of America for 1,439 s/f of office space at 109 Boston Post Rd., Orange. This is a second location for the tenant.

• Mike Richetelli and George Russo of Colonial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, Adelina M. Allen, Trustee in negotiating a ten-year lease for 1,600 s/f retail space for a laundromat at 235 Naugatuck Ave., Milford, also known as Aldario’s Plaza.  The tenant, The Clothesline Inc., was represented by Steven Spector of Interstate Realty Advisors. 

• Bill Weirsman of Colonial represented the tenant, Digitaldruker, Inc., an Alpha Graphics franchise, in negotiating a five year lease for 2,650 s/f light industrial space at 130 Old Gate Ln., Milford.  The landlord, Nancy and Jim Sanderson, were represented by Mark Glassman of Property World. 

• Richetelli represented the tenant, Connecticut Skin Institute in negotiating a five-year lease for 2,640 s/f of medical office space at 60 Commerce Park, Milford.  The landlord, Milford Medical Associates, LLC, was represented by Tim McMahon of OR&L.
