Shawah of Baldwin Pearson Company completes two sales totaling $1.75 million
Bridgeport, CT George Shawah Jr., president of Baldwin Pearson Company, Inc. has completed the following sales of two office buildings:
• 789 Reservoir Ave. is a 20,000 s/f office building that sold for $1.05 million. The building was fully leased at the time of the sale. Shawah Jr. and Davis Owen represented the sellers and buyer in the transaction.
• 3787 Main St. is a 6,500 s/f office building, formerly occupied by Summit Women’s Center that sold for $700,000. Shawah Jr. represented the buyer, Cheyenne Early Learning Center, while Fred Frassanelli represented the owner.
