Colonial Properties brokers three transactions totaling 6,380 s/f

Orange, CT Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., has completed the following transactions: 

Richetelli represented the landlord, NECY Investments, LLC, in the leasing of a 940 s/f office unit located at 370 Boston Post Rd. to Tilcon Connecticut, Inc. for a oneyear lease term. Tilcon is a supplier of crushed stone, hot mix asphalt, and ready-mix concrete with 23 locations in the state. The space will be utilized by the state of CT D.O.T. for local projects. 

Richetelli also represented the landlord, 590 Boston Avenue, LLC, in the leasing of a 900 s/f retail unit located at 590 Boston Ave. in Bridgeport, Conn. to Ship Nation, a pack and ship franchise, for a five-year lease term. 

Fred Messore, broker and sr. vice president was the sole broker in the sale of 360 Campbell Ave., West Haven, Conn. This 3,500 s/f mixed-use building with an additional 1,040 s/f garage on .24 acres was purchased by an investor for $430,000. The buyer intends to renovate the property before putting it back on the market for lease. The sellers, Philip D’Amicis and William D’Amicis Jr. were represented by attorney Vincent Amendola; the buyer was represented by attorney Ben Trachten, with Trachten Law Firm, New Haven.
