Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represents ARC in two retail leases at Elm & Main

Everything But Water

Westport, CT Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) exclusively represented ARC, Inc. in leasing two retail spaces at Elm & Main shopping center located at 136 Main St. SCRE represented ARC, Inc. in their purchase of this retail center, formerly Brooks Corner, in June 2024.

Everything But Water, an Orlando, FL-based women’s boutique resort and beachwear retailer, specializing in designer swimwear, vacation essentials, and accessories signed for the endcap space formerly occupied by Birddogs. They operate 34 stores and Westport will be their third store in Connecticut (other locations are Farmington and Greenwich). Sharon Madden of David Adam Realty represented the Everything But Water.

Beyond Yoga

Beyond Yoga will be opening their second Connecticut location with 3,200 s/f at Elm & Main. Beyond Yoga is wholly owned by Levi Strauss & Co. and is a female-founded activewear brand. Beyond Yoga plans to open their first Connecticut store on Greenwich Ave. in Greenwich, CT at the end of May. The Westport brick and mortar opening is planned for early September. Laura Pomerantz and Betty Ende of Cushman & Wakefield represented Beyond Yoga.
