Colonial Properties handles two sales totaling $1.225 million

461 Derby Avenue - West Haven, CT

West Haven, CT Fred Messore, senior vice president of Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the seller, S.K.F. Automotive, Inc., in the sale of 461 Derby Ave., a 5,250 s/f commercial building on .22 acres used for automotive repair. The property was purchased by Astro Auto Repair, LLC, who will use the building to complement their existing auto body service facility, New England Collision, located next door. The building sold for $445,000. The buyer was represented by E. Tyler Della Valle of Dow Della Valle. The seller’s attorney was David Pinciaro; the buyer’s attorney was Mary Androski. 

Messore also represented the seller, Whitestone, LLC, in the sale of 541 and 543 Main St., and 10 Wagner Place, a fully leased multi-tenant investment property comprised of 6,208 s/f with four tenants and a 1,000 s/f free standing bar/café. The property was purchased by an investor and sold for $780,000. 

Messore was the sole broker involved.

“Demand in the market remains strong for both Owner/User buildings as well as Investment Properties. These two sales reinforce those trends.” said Richetelli.
